What does the beach score mean?

A number from 0 to 100 that sums up how good the beach is today for lying in the sun and swimming: sun, wind, waves, water temperature and more. It is a guide only – flags, lifeguards and official warnings always come first.

Where does the data come from?

From public sources: AEMET, Gobierno de Canarias, Open-Meteo, Copernicus, EEA, Blue Flag and OpenStreetMap. If data is older than it should be, we tell you.

How much does IslaBu cost?

Nothing. The apps and the website are free, with no subscription and no account.

How do I delete my data?

Everything IslaBu remembers (settings, favourites, notes) is only on your device. Just uninstall the app, or on Android clear the app’s data in your phone settings. On the web, clear the site data for islabu.app in your browser.
